Returns (RMA): the customer asks from My Account, the store approves, receives and refunds, with messages and emails.
Details
A customer asks to return shipped items of an order from My Account, inside the return window, with a reason per item and a refund or a replacement. Sales > Returns shows the request with the items and the conversation; the store approves (the customer gets the return instructions), marks the items received, refunds through a credit memo, or rejects, with a message at every step. Both sides can write on the return; every step sends an email. Needs the Zero theme (composer require zerofront/zero brings it); it doesn't work with Luma or Hyvä.
