These terms apply when you buy or download anything from 0 Marketplace (marketplace.zerofront.dev), run by Roman Pasichnyk, doing business as Zerofront, Kirkland, Washington, USA ("we"). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them.

What we sell

Software for Magento Open Source stores: free Zero modules, store templates and Enterprise solutions. Paid products are delivered as a licence key in your account and by email; with it, Composer installs the packages from this store's repository. Nothing is shipped.

Your licence

• Free modules are open source (OSL-3.0 or AFL-3.0); their licence files apply.
• A paid licence lets you install and use the licensed packages in your own Magento projects and in projects you build for your clients. It includes the updates released until the date shown in My Account > Licenses; after that date the versions you already have keep working.
• You may not resell, sublicense or publish the paid packages or your licence key, or share the key outside your business.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order; we never see or store your card details. Any taxes your country charges on digital goods are your responsibility unless they are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel them in My Account > My Subscriptions.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". We test it carefully, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or fits every store; back up your store and test on a copy before installing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost sales, data or profits), and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

Accounts

Keep your password and licence keys safe. We may close an account or cancel a licence that is used against these terms, after telling you why.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
